WGS-Last Day of GAP-Thursday, April 25th
WGS-GAP students who are transported home by bus will be leaving the school to head home approximately by 4:30pm. We are leaving slightly earlier than usual due to some bad weather approaching. If you pick up your GAP student through parent pick-up, you may come to the school for pick-up starting at 4:30pm.
WGS-Honor Roll Party is on Friday, April 12th. If your child will be participating and has dietary needs please contact their teacher. Thank you.
Don't forget to get your Yearbook purchased! There are still a few available. Get one before they are sold out.
A possible threat was reported at West Glades School today. Our trained School-Based Threat Management Team in collaboration with Glades County Sheriffs Office investigated these allegations and determined there were no safety concerns. This issue has been resolved. Safety for all is our priority.

GCSD Parents/Guardians - ALL after school activities (GAP, Daycare, Athletics) are canceled this afternoon due to approaching inclement weather. All students will be dismissed today after school ends.
WGS-FAST Writing Assessment for Grades 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 tomorrow, Thursday April 4th.
GAP is canceled for Wednesday due to weather. It will resume Thursday.
WGS-Those of you who pre-registered don't forget our FAMILY LITERACY LUNCH is tomorrow, April 2nd at 12:00pm. Please come a few minutes early with identification to the office so that we may get you checked in. We can't wait to see you!

Arrive to WGS by 5:45 am Bring the following items: towel, sunscreen, reusable water bottle, change of clothes, hat/sunglasses, appropriate swim attire. Lunch is included but you need to bring money for dinner on the way home. Be back around 9 pm
